3434428 - 'Quick confirm' not functions after 'Confirm Jobs Without Assignment' is set in F5104A.

Symptom

Pops up shows 'You will not be able to processed with a quick confirmation as one or more of the selected jobs are not assigned to you. To proceed ,remove such jobs from the selection' when using 'Quick confirm' for a job that not assigned to the logon user even order type/ plant has been set 'Confirm Jobs Without Assignment'.
