3434437 - Unable to view the newly created Quote Item Custom Field on CPQ Quote Page

You have created a new Quote Item Custom Field (QICF) of type Text but you're unable to view the new column on CPQ quotes.

The QICF needs to be added in certain places for it to be visible on the Quote.

By default the newly created QICF won't be visible on the quote page.
When you're creating a QICF, on the top of the page you'll see some instructions on what you need to do for it to be displayed on the quote.

In order to be able to see your newly created Quote Item Custom Field, you need to do three things:

• Add it to the appropriate permission group

• Move it to the list of visible custom fields

• Add it to the quote editable group
