KPI tile on home page shows wrong number compared to when you open the KPI tile.

SAP Cloud for Customer

• Log into the C4C system and in the home page, check the Tile My phone calls (next 2 days).
• It shows 1.
• Click on it to open the actual KPI.
• It shows 0 (different numbers are possible).

Cause 1: Homepage tile refresh will not happen automatically due to technical limitations .

Cause 2: There can be one more scenario, when you navigate to the actual KPI and make changes then immediately you switch to homepage. The latest changes are not reflected .

This is an expected behaviour since we have not fetched the latest data after the changes done in actual place.

As a workaround you can use homepage refresh option not the browser refresh.
