3434678 - Upgrade Replication Server using option -upgr causes SIGNAL 11 on Thread USER - SAP SRS

Symptom

  • Perform an upgrade of Replication Server as described in the following documentation:
        Upgrading RSSD or ERSSD and User Databases with repserver

  • The following signal 11 errors are printed in the errorlog
        Thread USER(sa) infected with signal 11.
  • Stack traces associated to signal 11 include the following function :
        ll_first
        _standby_dump_info
        stdb_admin_info
        dbg_exec_admin

  • The Replication Server did not crash.
