Symptom
Invoice Status Update Requests are failing in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network with the following error message:
BusinessNetwork response is :"Bad Request" and ErrorCode:"400" and ErrorResponse:"Error:Can not find document with documentID xxxxxxx and documentDate xxxx-xx-xxTxx:xx:xx-xx:xx. Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx for more details.. Suggested Action : Document failed in Business Network.ErrorCode:CIG-PLT-00644.Please review the Support Note 189049 (https://support.ariba.com/item/view/189049) for solution
