3434948 - Not possible to complete the status of a freight order - S/4HANA Public Cloud

In the 'Transportation Cockpit' App, when trying to complete the status of a Freight order, after adding the Charge and using the option status “Set Checkout” (Execution Status Destination), the following error message is shown:

• Action has not been processed successfully because of failed validations
• Checkout at stop & not reported, as reporting of a preceding event failed
• 'Unloading End for Item Product & is not possible. Whse proc. status must be at least 'Ready for Warehouse Processing.

When trying to update the stage on "Ready for Warehouse Processing" another error is displayed:

• The whse proc. status was not updated; Freight Unit & is not delivery-based.

 "Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a Purchase order (NB type);
2. Open the “Create Purchase Order - advanced” app;
3. Create the Freight Order in the 'Transportation Cockpit' app;
4. Fill the general Data and add the charge;
5. Set the status 'Set Checkout' (Execution Status Destination);
6. Three error messages are prompted. The posting status remains as 'Not ready for posting'.

A delivery was not created for the Freight Order and Whse proc. status was not set as 'Ready for Warehouse Processing'.

To create a delivery in the freight order and set Whse proc. status as 'Ready for Warehouse Processing', please follow the steps below:

1. Create Delivery in The Freight Order (screenshot below):
2. Check-In at the Destination Location;
3. Set the Status to ‘Ready for Warehouse Processing’;
4. Process the Inbound Delivery – meaning setting put-away for the items;
5. Just then the user can do the Check-Out at location;
6. Do the Goods Receive for the Delivery.
