During the progress of an ongoing Solr indexing, if an exception is encountered, the whole indexing process is cancelled.
As a result of this design implementation, only fully successful indexed items will be seen by searches.
Although in some specific case scenarios, it may be required to have an index ran until the very end and vice-versa.
