3434982 - Error 806 on tempdb when booting - SAP ASE

• The SAP ASE error log has the following message when booting ASE:
  Error: 806, Severity: 21, State: 1
  Could not find virtual page for logical page xxxx in database 'model'.
  Could not create temporary database (dbid = 2). If out of space, please extend and reboot. Otherwise contact SAP Technical Support.
  Error: 1619, Severity: 21, State: 1
  Could not open TEMPDB, unable to continue.
• No other databases or devices come online.
• The model database has had a shrink operation done on it and a sysusages hole row exists, example:
