After initiating the Talent Intelligence Hub upgrade, TiH-CoCToTiHMigrationJob fails with an error:

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Scheduled Job Manager
3. In the Job Name field, enter TIH
4. Locate TiH-CoCToTiHMigrationJob and select View Details
5. Receive error

1. Infrastructure issue: Sometimes there's a system issue which causes this error message to appear when attempting the migration. To resolve this issue, please submit the migration job again and it will go through successfully.

2. Permissions issue: Please make sure if the user running the upgarde job has all the permissions related to Job profile builder and Center of Capabilities. If some permissions are lacking, please add them and rerun the TIH upgrade.
