After initiating the Talent Intelligence Hub migration, TiH-CoCToTiHMigrationJob fails with an error:

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Scheduled Job Manager
3. In the Job Name field, enter TIH
4. Locate TiH-CoCToTiHMigrationJob and select View Details
5. Receive error

Infrastructure issue

Sometimes there's a system issue which causes this error message to appear when attempting the migration. To resolve this issue, please submit the migration job again and it will go through successfully.
