3434988 - "Document '&' : Enter taxes for all items while Creating Billing Documents App - S/4HANA Cloud

After the release S/4HANA Public Cloud 2402 edition, while trying to create Billing Documents for Brazil customers user face the following error message: "Document '&': Enter taxes for all items" 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2402

1. Go to Create Billing Documents
2. Insert reference document
3. Click on Create Billing Documents 
4. Save the document

Since 2402, Brazil Localization only supports the "Create Billing Documents VF01" app.

Standard Test Scripts for Brazil Localization process has always indicated the usage of Create Billing Documents app (VF01) or mass creation via (VF04). The localization process is indeed complex and its primary objective is to ensure that the whole business scenario functions seamlessly from end to end. New features implemented in the 2402 have inadvertently caused certain functionalities, which were never sanctioned for release, to stop functioning in Create Billing Documents (F0798) app and therefore SAP still instructs in it's official process guidelines to use VF01 and VF04 apps.
