3435036 - How to manually create a view from S/4HANA to HANA?

Symptom

Views need to be manually created on the target when SLT is replicating CDS views (Situation 2 in Compatibility Views and SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server).
A standard process to copy/create views manually from S/4HANA to HANA.
