3435316 - The job 'Close Onboarding Process Job' is not working to archive candidates - Onboarding

The job 'Close Onboarding Process Job' to archive processes in batch was created in Provisioning but the hired candidates are not being archived. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Cause 1 - The job 'Close Onboarding Process Job' checks the period configured in the rule 'SAP_ONB2_ProcessClosurePeriodConfig' to archive the candidate's processes. If the period configured is '0' the job will not work as expected. 
• Cause 2 - Pending workflow in Manage Pending Hires

In order to solve the issue:

• Solution 1 - please adjust the rule with a valid period value as for example '30', '60' or '90' days. 
• Solution 2 - It is not possible cancel the Onboarding process because the workflow for Manage Pending Hires is in progress. Either wait for the workflow to be completed, rejected, or deleted and try again.
