The job 'Close Onboarding Process Job' to archive processes in batch was created in Provisioning but the hired candidates are not being archived.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Cause
The job 'Close Onboarding Process Job' checks the period configured in the rule 'SAP_ONB2_ProcessClosurePeriodConfig' to archive the candidate's processes.
If the period configured is '0' the job will not work as expected.
Resolution
In order to solve the issue, please adjust the rule with a valid period value as for example '30', '60' or '90' days.
