3435394 - The "Upload" button cannot be seen on the initial screen of the 'Verify General Journal Entries' app F2547.

Symptom

Before the upgrade, users could see the 'Upload' button on the initial screen of the app F2547. However, post-upgrade, the 'Upload' button is now accessible only after completing specific actions within the F2547 app.
