3435533 - Why there is an user account called Fieldglass Administrator (xxx@fg_help)?

When looking the list of users for my company, I can see an user called Fieldglass Administrator with the username [COMPANY_CODE]@fg_help that we did not created

The purpose of this article is to define the need for these accounts, how they are managed and monitored, and how all actions taken are logged and transparent to customers
