3435591 - Submitter can approve their own Group Journal entry in Group Reporting Journal Entry Workflow

System allow submitter to approve their own journal entry if they are part of the team responsible for approval of group journal entries.

Customer want to exclude such workflow process because approver should not be submitter in the same time.

Missing feature 

This feature has been released from 2508 version. Submitter cannot be Approver anymore in workflow.
