Symptom

When running the program FP_PDF_TEST_28, it gives the following information:

  • Not all default credentials (ReaderRights, DocumentCertification, ServerSignature) were found. The following are missing: xxxxxxxxx.
  • ConfigurationService Error: Checking for default credential aliases - failed
  • Entity: ConfigurationService Error: Checking credential expiry dates - failed
  • Error retrieving credential expiry: DocumentCertification. Please ensure the password is correct.
