3435657 - Error while accessing report after upgrade - SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2402

After CE2402 upgrade, when trying to open a report, the following error is displayed: "App could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment. Failed to resolve navigation target "#AnalyticQuery-analyze?XQUERY=2CYY1XYZ&XSYSTEM=LOCAL". This is most likely caused by an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad content configuration or by a missing role assignment."

[CASE1]

1. Creating a personalized tile on the design studio preview mode.
2. Trying to open the personalized tile throws error: "App could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment. Failed to resolve navigation target "#AnalyticQuery-analyze?XQUERY=2CYY1XYZ&XSYSTEM=LOCAL". This is most likely caused by an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad content configuration or by a missing role assignment."

[CASE2]

1. Creating a Custom Tile using the Custom Tiles app.
2. Adding URL to display a custom analytical query using Design Studio.
3. Trying to open the custom tile throws error: "App could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment. Failed to resolve navigation target "#AnalyticQuery-analyze?XQUERY=2CYY1XYZ&XSYSTEM=LOCAL". This is most likely caused by an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad content configuration or by a missing role assignment."

The personalized tiles on design studio preview mode created using the "Save as Tile" functionality will not work as of CE2402.

The custom tiles(created with Custom tiles app) which contains the URL of the design studio preview mode will not work as of CE2402.

However, the design studio apps that were created with the View Browser app will continue working.

Custom tiles are intended to access external applications.

Query apps have to be created with View Browser app ("Create/Edit/Delete Application" section). 

As per Deprecation of SAP Design Studio Apps:

You can continue to use the Design Studio apps that you created using the View Browser. However, you can no longer create new ones. We recommend creating multidimensional data grid apps/Web Dynpro apps instead using the same process of creating app with View browser app.

Unfortunately, the custom design studio apps can't be migrated automatically to multidimensional data grid apps. You need to recreate them as Multidimensional Data Grid reports using the View Browser. For more information, see View Browser.
