After running HRIS Sync job, job fails with error: An unexpected error occurred. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.

1.Hris sync rans with error: An unexpected error occurred. Please contact your system administrator for assistance. 

2.If you check job details, you can see errors like,

Caused by: Invalid SFAPI session! 

Caused by: com.successfactors.hris.service.scheduledjob.hrissync.v2.sfapi.soap.HrisSOAPException: Error in handleSFAPIRetry.

One of possibilities for this error is, when HRIS Sync job is running, there is another job from Integration Center trying to import data from server to SF or export data to server. Hence it locks the table and HRIS Sync job waits for too long and causes timeout and results in failure.

Please check whether there is Integration Center jobs running at the same time during HRIS Sync job execution.

If Yes, please rearrange the job schedule from Integration Center, or try to avoid triggering HRIS Sync job while the jobs are running from Integration Center.
