3435907 - CCLM Extractor fails with error: No more memory available to add rows to an internal table

In Solution Manager system a CCLM Extractor is failing with the following error shown in the Log:

"NONE: No more memory available to add rows to an internal table"

And

Dump with Runtime Error = TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED is present in ST22.
