Symptom
- Technician availability and assignment times appear shifted when the planning board is viewed from a different time zone. The board renders times in the viewer/dispatcher’s local time, so shifts and assignments look earlier or later than they are for the technician, and may appear to fall outside the technician’s actual working hours.
Example:
- UK technician with a 09:00–17:00 local shift; dispatcher in Indonesia (UTC+8).
- Expected display on the dispatcher’s board: 17:00–01:00.
- Observed behavior: the board shows 09:00–17:00 in the Indonesian time zone, creating an 8-hour misalignment.
