3436185 - Auto Data Purge is Not Enabled but there's a date on the Last Purge was Completed...

Symptom

In Data Retention Management -> Auto Data Purge, both Audit Data Containing Personally Identifiable Information (minimum retention period: 180 days) and Audit Data Without Personally Identifiable Information (minimum retention period: 180 days) is not selected and wasn't selected even in the past. However, there is a date listed below on The last purge was completed at... even though it was disabled before.
