Symptom

  • Below error appears when refreshing a web intelligence document in BI Launchpad:

    "csEX: Unexpected exception while calling the SL Service"

  • In APS.DSL logs, the following error appears:

    "Exception caught in SL Service: csEX
    java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: csEX
    Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sap.connectivity.cs.core.ConnectionServer"
