3436576 - Click to Sign not working in Document Flow - ONB 2.0

As an onboardee, while trying to submit an e-signature document, after clicking on "submit" nothing happens.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

1. Log in as an Onboardee

2.Click "Provide your details to get onboarded" on the Home Page.

3. Start Complete your e-Signature -> Accept

4. Click on the "Click to Sign" button.

5. After clicking on "Click to sign" nothing happens

Microsoft Word is not supported for creating such documents.

In windows 11, if you right click on the file and click on "show more options" then "properties" and navigate to "details" you will see what was the file created in.

Use a PDF editor to create these kind of documents, such as PDF-X Change.
