Symptom

  • "Information Steward Task Scheduling Service" in the ISJobServer is not getting created in the second node/server.
  • Unable to use High Availability due the missing service from one of the nodes/servers.
  • EIMAdaptiveProcessingServer is enabled and running and, even after re-install or repair of SAP Information Steward, the service is missing.
  • Not able to run tasks when using High Availability on Information Steward.
