3436677 - SAC Report - results only populate in a report if the scale of the number format is changed

Data is not being populated unless the number format is changed (for ex. changing Decimals)

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2024.2.3

1. Access SAP Analytics Cloud
2. Go to story "xxx"
3. Go to page "xxx"
4. See the values: 0,0000000 and -1,0000000 on the table
5. Go to edit mode and change decimal places to 4, for example
6. See the values appear correctly
7. Revert to 7 decimal places - the right values are still there

NOTE: with charts the values are also wrong, however, when we change the decimal places, we don't see the right values appearing.
