3436685 - Unable to create a new Sales Document Type in S/4HANA Cloud

After navigating to the configuration element "Configure Sales Document Types" the user tries to create a new entry however the new entry button is greyed out/unavailable.

• Currently, on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, it's not possible to create new sales order types or copy existing ones.
• However, a feature request was already created and accepted for this business requirement.
