Is there a way to know which agency user from the agency referred the candidate?

1. Contact Candidate feature

When emailing an agency candidate using the Contact Candidate feature, the two options 'Send to Agency' and 'Send to Both' enable users to send the email to the agency. The recipient displays the agency user who submitted the candidate.

2. Recruiting V2 Report - Referral Agency Recruiter linked on Candidate

Configuring Columns:

1. Add fields from 'Application' or 'Candidate' as needed.
2. Select 'Referral Agency Recruiter linked on Candidate' and add the following fields to identify the agency user:

• • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address

Configuring Filters:

Select specific fields to filter the data. The report will include all types of candidates. The following filter can be set to extract agency candidates only.

1. Select the field: Referral Agency Recruiter linked on Candidate -> ID
2. Select By Rule tab
3. Click Add Rule
4. Select "is not null" from the dropdown

"ID" is the ID of the agency user.
