3437270 - Custom onboarding documents E-Signature task is not triggering for the candidate - Onboarding

The onboarding document process has been triggered, but no E-Signature task is generated in the Onboarding Dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiated onboarding for candidate and completed NHDR, PDC, ADC steps;

2. Onboarding document process triggered but there is no E-Signature task generated in Onboarding Dashboard;

3. Click on Onboarding dashboard > Actions > Onboarding Documents button>there are custom onboarding forms have been generated.

All the onboarding forms created in ''Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates'' are configured as 'No Signature needed' forms.

If the client has uploaded all custom onboarding forms as 'No Signature Needed', the E-Signature task will not be generated on the Onboarding Dashboard when the candidate's onboarding document process is triggered. This is working as expected.

The custom forms can be found under Onboarding Dashboard > Actions > Onboarding Documents.
