3437277 - How to request SFTP account deletion

• Can I request for deletion of all my data from my SFTP account?
• How many days does SFTP account deletion take?
• Our BizX instance is scheduled to be decommissioned soon, we want our SFTP account data to be deleted as well.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

The following steps should be followed to request the deletion of an SFTP account:

1. Open a case under LOD-SF-PLT-FTPS.
2. nclude the necessary details:
   
   • SFTP account username:
   • Environment:
   • Data Center:
   • Business justification:
3. Support team will engage Operations team to disable the account(s).

Note:
- There will be a cooling off period of 15 days after receiving the request. After 15 days (cooling off period is past) the account and the data will be deleted permanently unless otherwise stated.
- Support team will provide updates on the start and end of the 15 days cooling off period to inform when the data is expected to be deleted permanently..
