3437277 - How to request SFTP account deletion

• Can I request for deletion of all my data from my SFTP account?
• How many days does SFTP account deletion take?
• Our BizX instance is scheduled to be decommissioned soon, we want our SFTP account data be deleted to.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Follow the steps below if you want to request for your SFTP account deletion.

1. Open a case/ticket with LOD-SF-PLT
2. Include all the details needed:
   
   • SFTP account username
   • Environment
   • Date Center
     
     
3. Support Ops team disables the account(s)

Note:
- There will be a cooling off period of 15 days after receiving the request from Ops Team. After 15 days (cooling off period is past) the account and the data will be deleted permanently unless otherwise stated.
- Support team will provide you updates when the 15 days cooling off period started and when it ends to inform you exactly when your data is expected to be deleted permanently.
