Symptom

Receiving Error 631 when performing a refresh/load of a database:

Error: 631, Severity: 21, State: 2
The length of 32 passed to delete row routine for the row at offset 1600 is incorrect on the following page of database 'MYDB': Page pointer = 0x0x417a4c000, pageno = 1051548573, status = 0x2, ptnid = 396926967, indexid = 3, level = 0, pnextrno = 1024. The expected row length is 32. The offset should be no greater than 1056.
