3437399 - How to change the signature format from "first name + last name" to "last name + first name" ? - Onboarding

The form shows the signature in the format "first name + last name" while the expected behavior is the opposite.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Onboarding Dashboard
2. Click "Details"
3. Click "Take Actions" > Onboarding Documents
4. Download the document.
5. The signature is displayed in the format "first name + last name".

The locale of the field does not use "last name + first name" name format.

For example, when the locale is English, it will display the name as "first name + last name" based on the English name format.

The format of the signature is dependent on the locale of the text field.

Please do as follows：

1. Open the signed form through Adobe LiveCycle Designer.
2. Click on name field to edit it.
3. Change the Locale to the desired one that follows "last name + first name" name format.
