3437492 - Security field is hidden in the declaration however the system gives error because of it

Creating a declaration the Incompleteness Check gives the error "No security information available" (/SAPSLL/CUS_ECC 216). While navigating to the corresponding field (double clicking the error) the system opens the "Transportation" tab but there is no security field available. New message is shown: "The field is hidden by the UI control".
