Job Relationship workflow email's [[EVENT_REASON]] is not changed to receipt's locale but initiator's locale.

1.  First Approver's locale is en_US, Initiator's locale is zh_TW.

2. Initiator initiated a HR Manager change for subject user, and workflow action pending email notification sent to first approver.

3. [[EVENT_REASON]] showed as zh_TW instead of Approver's locale.

This is currently a function gap.

This is the system behavior and we have no plan to enhance this at current stage, but this is in our future enhancement plan.

Job Relationship is a hris element which has no defined event reason. So system determines the event reason by certain combination. You can refer to [[EVENT_REASON]] part in Available Workflow Tags for E-mail Notifications

[[EVENT_REASON]] is translated as action triggering person's locale, for the case here, initiator is the action triggering person, so it follows initiator's locale.

If first approver approves the workflow and triggers another approval workflow email to second approver then in this case, first approver is the action triggering person, so it follows first approver's locale instead of the second approver.

Hence please make sure the action triggering person has the same locale as the receipt's locale to make sure the [[EVENT_REASON]] is translated as the receipt's locale.
