3437595 - Unable to add additional User identifiers in Work Tech Configuration

Is it possible to add additional user identifier for the user mapping in Work Tech Configuration

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go to Admin Center-> Work Tech Configuration
2. SAP SuccessFactors App in Teams -> User Mapping
3. see that in User Identifier in SAP SuccessFactors you can select User.email OR User.username
4. see that in User Identifier in Azure AD you can select mail OR userPrincipalName OR onPremisesSamAccountName

Customer would like to add additional User Identifier

• Currently it is not possible to add additional user identifier to the one already existing.
