Cause
The interview time slot must first be confirmed by the candidate.
Resolution
The upcoming interview notification and applicant information are only sent for interviews which are confirmed by the candidate.
Interview organizers can also consider selecting "Book this slot for candidates" in interview scheduling, when this is used the timeslot is automatically confirmed and the notification will be sent to SuccessFactors App in MS Teams 24 hours before scheduled interview timeslot.
