Symptom

• Create a new tax code with a relation to MOSS tax country without adding the Reporting country.
• When attempting to maintain the Reporting Country for the tax code, the system displays the error message "Message no. FS837 - Specify MOSS tax country &1 without regist. country (WIA) &2; adjust &3"
