3437713 - Sales Order Replication Fails With Error Message "Please Correct the Document Type"

When replicating the Sales Order from ERP system to C4C, the incoming payload fails with the error: "Please correct the document type".

1. Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Go to the General Setting work center view.
3. Open the Web Service Message Monitoring under System Administration
4. Go to the Erroneous query.
5. Select the incoming payload with Service Interface CustomerOrderReplicationIn
6. Click on View → Error log

You face the error: "Please correct the document type".

Code List Mapping is maintained for "BusinessTransactionDocumentProcessingTypeCode" but for a different Mapping Group than the one maintained on the Communication Arrangement.

1. 1. Go to Business Configuration Work Center.
   2. Click on Overview.
   3. Search for *Code List Mapping*.
   4. Open the Code List Mapping for Integration with External Applications and Solutions Activity.
   5. Select the Maintain Code List Mapping option.
   6. On the Local Data Type Name Column, search for "BusinessTransactionDocumentProcessingTypeCode".
   7. Check the Mapping Group maintained for it.
   8. You need to make sure to be using the same Mapping Group as the one used on the Communication Arrangement.
