3437760 - SAC: Input Control "Paste Filter Values" option does not work within a popup

• When using InputControl with the "Paste Filter Values" option in a popup, clicking on "Paste Filter Values" button, the input popup for this appears, but you cannot enter any values.
• The InputControl with the "Paste Filter Values" option works correctly outside a popup

The UI dialog (popup window) always tries to grab focus back to the last blurred element inside the dialog when focus (either by click, tab, or .focus()) on elements outside of the dialog.

The fix is included in the Patch version 2024.2.16
