You are seeking assistance on how to read the Engagement Chart Data.

You can also see the details of the last interaction with your contact through various activities.

SAP Cloud for Customer

The Engagement Chart is divided in two sections:

1) The bar chart:

• The graph will show the columns per month, and the activities will stack in them.
• This means that it will show the cumulative number of activities in January, then February and so on. 
• The exact number of each activity will show whenever hovering your cursor over it a specific bar. 

2) The Last Interaction indicators:

• The text indicates the Last interaction in days. i.e last task was ABC days ago and last phone call was DEF days ago.
• This number is solely the numbers of days passed since the last activity type and not the number of activities.
• This indicator is not stacked by month, but total number of days that have passed since.
