SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The Real Time Sync is deactivated. 

• Make sure the Real-Time Sync option is enabled so that synchronization happens immediately whenever a new hire account is created or whenever there are changes to the Onboarding New Hire account status or account type.
• To do this, go to Manage Identity Authentication / Identity Provisioning > Real-Time Sync and ensure that Enable Real-Time Sync is set to On.
