Identity provisioning for onboardees - The Onboarding candidates are not being synchronized via Real Time Sync.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Cause
The Real Time Sync is deactivated.
Resolution
Ensure that you've enabled the Real Time Sync option to trigger the synchronization in real time whenever a new hire account is created, or any changes occur to the Onboarding New Hire account status or account type.
Go to Manage Identity Authentication/Identity Provisioning Real Time Sync > Enable Real-Time Sync needs to be 'On'
