3437837 - How to create background job with the SQL statement from SQL Editor in DBACOCKPIT?

Symptom

In Oracle systems there is in DBACOCKPIT - Performance - Additional Functions the SQL Editor. And there we can use the functionality to create a background job with the SQL statement (see below screenshot).
Where can we find this same option/functionality in the HANA system?
