3437860 - The subscription contract is not unlocked after the predefined period

Symptom

The user maintains both lock and unlock in the initial execution of the LOCK_UNLOCK change process. When the predefined period is reached, the subscription contract is still locked.

When the user tries to execute the LOCK_UNLOCK change process again, the error messages below will be raised:

  • Process LOCK_UNLOCK could not be completed
  • Process Lock and Unlock Contracts was terminated
  • No lock records found in the container
