2. Open a job requisition
3. See 2 candidates under the job requisition with same name and different Interview Date

The same interviewer has been added with different interview dates in job application page.

The same candidate will show multiple times in Interview Central if you set the same interviewer with multiple interview dates in job application page.

They will be considered as different interviews, so it’s an expected behavior.

In the case of rescheduling/updating an interview, please update the Interview Date in the existing row instead of adding another row with a different Interview Date for the same interviewer.
