Symptom
During SAP system upgrade, the shadow instance cannot connect to database, the following error happens in work process trace:
C check2: OCIStmtExecute() failed with -1=OCI_ERROR
C SQL error 942:
C ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
C statement for table 'SVERS ':
C SELECT VERSION FROM SVERS
C stmt_fetch() -> orc=942, 103=DBSL_ERR_DBOBJECT_UNKNOWN
