3437939 - "Uncategorized exception occurred during JMS processing; nested exception is javax.jms.JMSException: Token read failed" using Oauth Client Credentials or websocket protocol in AMQP adapter for Microsoft Azure Service Bus

Symptom

When attempting to use authentication type Oauth Client Credentials in AMQP receiver adapter for Microsoft Azure Service Bus, the following error is observed:

org.springframework.jms.UncategorizedJmsException: Uncategorized exception occurred during JMS processing; nested exception is javax.jms.JMSException: Token read failed: , cause: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Authentication failed: authentication server returned 401

OR when using websocket protocol in AMQP receiver adapter:

org.springframework.jms.UncategorizedJmsException: Uncategorized exception occurred during JMS processing; nested exception is javax.jms.JMSException: Invalid handshake response getStatus: 400 This service does not support WebSocket connections., cause: io.netty.handler.codec.http.websocketx.WebSocketClientHandshakeException: Invalid handshake response getStatus: 400 This service does not support WebSocket connections.
