3438193 - Error After Installation of New Cloud Application Studio

SAP Cloud for Customer core applications 

1. Open Cloud Application Studio.
2. Login to your respected tenant.
3. An error pops up as shown below

An exception was encountered while constructing the content of this frame.  This information is also logged in "C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AppEnv\14.0\ActivityLog.xml".

Exception details:
System.ArgumentException: Value does not fall within the expected range.
   at Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop.IVsShell5.LoadPackageWithContext(Guid& packageGuid, Int32 reason, Guid& context)
   at Microsoft.VisualStudio.Platform.WindowManagement.WindowFrame.GetPackage()
   at Microsoft.VisualStudio.Platform.WindowManagement.WindowFrame.ConstructContent()

This issue happens as the newly downloaded installer from software download center is incorrectly installed on your system.

1.  Open Search on windows.
2.  Search for Registry Editor.
3. Follow the path : - 

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Updates\Microsoft Visual Studio 2015\vsupdate_KB3022398 
or 
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Updates\Microsoft Visual Studio 2015\vsupdate_KB3022398

Note :-  When Visual Studio (VS2015) Update 3 is installed on a machine, a registry entry under the above path is created. 

While installing the Studio Pilot, we need to check if this registry exists. Also ensure if  Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise or Visual Studio2015 Professional IDE is installed correctly.

If this registry is not found and no IDE (Integrated Development Environment ) is installed, we need to re-install Visual Studio, also uninstall all the previous Visual Studio that are present in the System.
