SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

The [[USER_EMAIL]] token is designed to resolve as the email address of the person who is executing (or is responsible for executing) the email action.

For example, in the case of the trigger "Candidate Deleted from Interview", the token will resolve because the user is the one who is canceling the interview.

However, in the case of the trigger "Booked Interview Cancellation to Candidate", when the candidate cancels the interview, the token will not resolve because no user has taken action to execute the email action.
