3438293 - Unable to access Story reports when accessing BizX with the "ondemand.com" URL post CSD migration

Blank Loading screen issue on Story report when accessing BizX with the "ondemand.com" URL domain after Common Super Domain (CSD) migration.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Access the instance using login/password and the URL https://xxxxxxx.accounts.ondemand.com/saml2/idp/sso?sp=https://www.successfactors.com/CompanyID&idp=https://xxxxxxx.accounts.ondemand.com 
2. Go to Report Center
3. Click on New > Story
4. Loading screen will appear

URL domain used to access BizX is not the same as the one configured on Provisioning, post Common Super Domain (CSD) migration.

To check what is the URL domain that must be used to access the instance, it is necessary to check the SAML V2: SP-Initiated Login URL configured on Provisioning:

1. Go to the Provisioning
2. Click on "Single Sign-On (SSO) Settings"
3. Check the SAML V2: SP-Initiated Login section
   
   

If the URL present on SAML V2: SP-Initiated Login has the cloud.sap domain (e.g. https://xxxxxxx.accounts.cloud.sap/saml2/idp/sso/xxxxxxx.accounts.ondemand.com), the URL that must be used to access the instance should also use the cloud.sap domain.

In this case, the URL to access the instance using login and password must be https://xxxxxxx.accounts.cloud.sap/saml2/idp/sso?sp=https://www.successfactors.com/CompanyID&idp=https://xxxxxxx.accounts.ondemand.com.
