When the survey setting Include Comments Field for each Question is enabled, each question in the survey has a button that will allow a free form comment to be added. In the SuccessFactors Mobile app, the Comment button is not present.

Resolution
This is currently expected behavior of the mobile app. Please follow the enhancement request process outlined in KBA 2090228.
