    While running the database procedure,

    /SYN/CL_CHAR_IMPORT_AMDP=>GET_CHARACTERISTICS

    the system tried to create the database procedure or DDL object.

    /SYN/CL_CHAR_IMPORT_AMDP=>GET_CHARACTERISTICS

    The following error occurred:

    SQL code of the database: 328 SQL message from the database: "invalid name of
     function or procedure: sap.is.retail.ecc/CHARACTERISTICS
